All watches purchased from Watch Magnet come with a 1-month machine warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers internal mechanical or movement issues that may occur under normal use.
What the Warranty Covers
- Internal machine or movement malfunction
- Manufacturing or functional defects inside the mechanism
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, scratches, or cracks on the case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
- Water or moisture damage
- Battery, crown, screws, or color fading
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling
- Any repair or service performed by unauthorized technicians
- Normal wear and tear over time
How to Claim Warranty
If you face any issue covered under warranty within 30 days of purchase:
