Warranty Policy

All watches purchased from Watch Magnet come with a 1-month machine warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers internal mechanical or movement issues that may occur under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Internal machine or movement malfunction
  • Manufacturing or functional defects inside the mechanism

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage, scratches, or cracks on the case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Battery, crown, screws, or color fading
  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling
  • Any repair or service performed by unauthorized technicians
  • Normal wear and tear over time

How to Claim Warranty

If you face any issue covered under warranty within 30 days of purchase:

  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the repair or replacement process

Customers are responsible for sending the product back safely for inspection.

Important Note

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Products found to have unauthorized repairs or damage caused by mishandling will not be eligible for warranty claims.
  • Watch Magnet reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.
