Return and Exchange Policy

At Watch Magnet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make sure every product you receive is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face an issue with your order, our return and exchange policy allows you to shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. You may request an exchange if:

  • The watch has a manufacturing defect or machine issue.
  • You received the wrong product or model.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor marks, packaging variations, or cosmetic imperfections mentioned in the product description.
  • Damage caused by mishandling, water, or unauthorized repair.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, box, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid order number or invoice must be provided.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

If your request meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos or videos of the product.
  3. Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the exchange process.

Once approved, you can send the product back for inspection. After verification, we will dispatch the replacement item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for safely sending the product back for inspection.
  • Watch Magnet will cover the return shipping cost only if the product was faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

5. Warranty Reminder

Every watch from Watch Magnet comes with a 1-month machine warranty that covers internal movement or mechanical issues only. Physical or water damage is not covered.
